Where do you ship your perfumes from?
All of our authentic Arabian perfumes are dispatched directly from our headquarters in Romania. We ship cross-border to the United Kingdom, Turkey, and throughout the European Union.
How long does international delivery take?
Standard delivery within the EU typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping to the UK and Turkey usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on customs processing in the destination country.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Orders shipped within the EU are free from additional customs duties. For orders to the UK and Turkey, local import taxes or customs fees may apply upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Support

Can I return a perfume if I don’t like the scent?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed perfumes within 14 days of delivery. We recommend purchasing our sample discovery sets before committing to a full-sized bottle.
