Refund & Returns Policy

Products purchased remotely:

Products purchased remotely can be returned according to O.G. 34 / 2014. The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 working days from receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.

The return of the products will be at the customer’s expense, within 5 working days from the termination of the contract, using the same shipping service with which the shipment was made. AUTENTIC TEX S.R.L. – Arabian Scents will refund the value of the order within 30 days from the date of the written termination of the contract. The amount refunded and the return conditions do not include shipping costs. Products that show physical changes, quantitative deficiencies, blows, chips, scratches, shocks, etc. are not accepted for return.

The conclusion of the contract takes place when the fiscal invoice is issued and not when the order is launched or the automatic confirmation of receipt of this order is issued.

General conditions for returns

– For health protection and hygiene reasons, according to art. 16, letter f) of GEO no. 34/2014, cosmetic products or products intended for personal use that have been opened, tested or used cannot be returned.

– The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return.

– If the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to decide to refuse the return or to withhold an amount from its value, the amount that will be communicated after assessing the damages caused.

– In the case of repeated returns (more than 3 unfounded returns) we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return.

ATTENTION: Products sold online are NOT testers. Please carefully check the desired product before purchase to ensure that it suits your preferences.

Return conditions specific to certain product categories:

According to OG 34/2014 of 04/06/2014, cosmetic products that have a box and foil sealed at the time of sale and perfumes can only be returned if they are sealed. Products that no longer have the complete original packaging in which they were delivered can no longer be returned.

OG 34/2014 – Article 16 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

“The following are exempt from the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 9-15 regarding distance contracts and contracts outside commercial premises: the supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection reasons or for hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer.”
