Refund & Returns Policy

Products purchased remotely:

Products purchased at a distance can be returned according to O.G. 34 / 2014. The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he gives up the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 working days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract.

The return of the products will be done at the customer’s expense, within 5 working days from the termination of the contract, using the same transport service with which the shipment was made. AUTHENTIC TEX S.R.L. – Dubai Collection will refund the value of the order in no more than 30 days from the date of written termination of the contract. The returned amount as well as the return conditions do not include transport costs. Products with physical changes, quantitative shortages, knocks, chips, scratches, shocks, etc. are not accepted for return.

The conclusion of the contract takes place when the fiscal invoice is issued and not when the order is placed or the automatic confirmation of receipt of this order is issued.

General conditions for returns

– If several products of the same type were purchased, only one unsealed product can be returned, the rest of the quantity is accepted only if the products are sealed.

– The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, with all the accessories, with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it). Products with physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return.

– If the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to decide to refuse the return or to withhold an amount from its value, the amount that will be communicated after the damage assessment.

– In the case of repeated returns (more than 3 unjustified returns), we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return.

The return conditions specific to certain product categories:

According to OG 34/2014 of 04/06/2014, cosmetic products that have a sealed box and foil at the time of sale and perfumes can only be returned if they are sealed. Products that no longer have the complete original packaging in which they were delivered can no longer be returned.

OG 34/2014 – Article 16 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

The following are exempted from the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 9-15 regarding distance contracts and contracts outside commercial premises:
the supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer.”
